I recently spent six days at Wockhardt Hospital Agripada , and I must say my experience was outstanding. From the moment I was admitted, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of with professionalism and warmth, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The nurses, in particular, stood out. They were incredibly attentive and precise in their duties. Even during late hours, whenever I rang the bell for assistance, they responded immediately, always with a smile and a willingness to help. Their dedication and kindness made a world of difference during my recovery. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better care, and I highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking top-notch medical attention with a compassionate touch.

My mother admitted on bed no 1605 under Dr Rutuja and Dr Mohit Kukreja for Bilateral knee replacement Robotics surgery. It was very good experience including all the services also would like to mention Orthopaedic nurse Padma for giving her experienced nursing care related to drainage, dressings and health education on achieving the recovery faster in terms of orthopaedic. My surgeon, Dr. Aditya Khamka, is like a god to me. He handled my critical condition so well. He and his entire physiotherapy team gave me so much confidence and a positive attitude about my condition. I'm so grateful to them for everything they've done. Dr. Pardiwala has also been amazing in controlling my diabetes. His entire team is so supportive. The dietitian and RMO doctors have been really helpful too. Their positive approach has helped me a lot in my current situation. A special thanks to the feedback team for consistently checking in and ensuring that I had no complaints. The hospital provided good care overall during my mom’s week-long stay for a kidney issue. Dr. Chandan Chaudhary oversaw her treatment, and the staff was attentive and supportive. While the hospital is crowded and expensive, the treatment has been satisfactory so far. Conveniently located near Mumbai Central and Nair Hospital.

The hospital has been good overall, and my mom was hospitalized for two week. Dr. Ravi Gupta performed the CRT-D insertion very well. However, there was an issue during a simple blood test; the nurse had to puncture my mom's hand ten times to find a vein. It’s concerning that a hospital would have nurses like this in the ICU, where patients are in serious condition and require skilled care. Nurse janvi is really good and caring nurse in ICU Even though I didn't fully understand how my experience in the hospital was safe for me as a girl, I felt comfortable staying there day and night while my mom was hospitalized. Overall, I found the public crowd to be good. However, after surgery, I noticed that once patients were shifted to the ward, the level of care decreased significantly. The management processes were slow, and before the shift, they didn't even ask if I wanted to stay or if my mom would be transferred. This left me quite upset with the staff
