Dr. Regina is a fantastic dentist, very gentle and explained every step and was helping me a lot, not only with a perfect treatment but she helped me find a very good solution for my personal health situation. She took ownership of finding the solution she did not needed to do and still went the extra mile together with all the involved parties! I will definitely come back to her if I ever need another treatment! Wishing her and the team all the best!

a month agoI recently visited BIMC Nusa Dua for my medical checkup, which was my first experience having a checkup in Indonesia despite being a long-time resident. I was very pleased with the high level of professionalism shown by both the nurse and all the doctors. Their dedication and care made me feel at ease and well taken care of. If there’s one area I would highlight for improvement, it would be the reception. It felt a bit hectic, likely due to understaffing, which created a sense of busyness. However, the staff at the front desk did their best under the circumstances and remained helpful and accommodating. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would recommend BIMC Nusa Dua for anyone needing medical services. P.S. I promise to work on my cholesterol levels, as the wonderful doctors kindly pointed out to me!

4 months agoIt’s a nice luxurious hospital but service has gone down substantially. We had to wait more than an hour for emergency probably due to lack of medics.. The vending machine gobbled up 20000 Rupiah without vending.. in Bali so no dearth of rich foreigners patients so who cares about a complaints.. but I still write as I am local and a loyalist to BIMC for Many years..

2 months agoI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the all the service at your hospital. Came today for emergency I had to wait 3 hours because there were only 2 doctors and they were busy. So it seems there a lack of doctors. The reception informed that maximum waiting was 1 hour. But I was there with my 2 babies sick for 3 hours. Also every time I visit, I have to wait at least an hour to pay for my consultation. This excessive wait time appears to be due to a lack of staff at the reception. I hope you can address this issue promptly to improve the patient experience.
