I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an executive checkup at a hospital, and I must say, it was truly exceptional. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, and I faced no delays whatsoever. The doctors and staff were incredibly professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The hospital itself was spotlessly clean and maintained a hygienic environment, which was very reassuring. A special mention must go to Ms.Shana, who accompanied me every step of the way. She made navigating through the different tests effortless, ensuring that I understood everything that was happening and making the whole experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights of the checkup was the breakfast served on a houseboat. The food was excellent, and the experience was truly memorable. Following this, we were treated to lunch at the Paragon restaurant, which was equally splendid. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxing after a series of tests. Overall, my executive checkup experience at this hospital was top-notch. The service, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive health checkup.

Superb service, post op care and newer technologies. The food service is also good. Finally kochi has a clean organized, fully equipped hospital with very good staff service. The nurses are all pleasant.Rooms are really good.

The doctor was very thorough and explained everything in detail, which made me feel confident in my treatment plan. The staff was very kind, professional and helped me navigate through the checkup smoothly. The clinic was clean and well organized. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I am very satisfied with the care and services.

it's a peaceful hospitality set-up with a photogenic atmosphere itself that i mentioned in my photographs. The parking was a huge setup with a big ground for vehicles, with a tea shop inbuilt, but there are parking fees but reasonable for this type of facilities . Overall good . in terms of parking fees, for 1 hour almost 20 rs billed in my experience. (disclaimer: it's a personal opinion, may not be the same for others )

Positivesas below…… I had 5* experience from Aster medcity kochi for my Wife’s delivery. The Gynec department is abdolutely brilliant and outstanding. All the support staffs, office staffs, Nurses, Doctors are really friendly and supportive. I have never seen such a friendly atmosphere in a hospital. I had opted private Labor room, where i could enter . I experienced a very friendly and family approach from all the Nursing staffs and Gynec duty doctors. Many thanks to Dr.Shameema mam I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for your exceptional care and support throughout my wife’s pregnancy and delivery. Your expertise and calm demeanor made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I’m deeply grateful for your dedication and skill in bringing our baby into the world safely. Thank you Shameema mam once again for everything you’ve done.Thanks to all nursing staffs , security staffs, cleaning staffs as well You will not feel that you are in a hospital, its worth the amount you pay. Each and every staff is dedicated to their work and welcoming. Me and my wife really wanted to give 5* review for this hospital. But things got worsen after delivery and had worst experience from pediatric department. Negative review as below…. Had worst experience from pediatric department. pediatric department is very much crowded, not safe for new borns. They will request you to take baby for initial inspection( weight/height) etc which itself is an unsafe place for newborns, as that room is crowded with other childs starting from new borns till age 14 i guess. As the new borns doesnt have the immunity , its easy for them to get infected by visiting such crowded places where all the seasonal fevers and flus are treated. So Aster should give a seperate inspection room for new borns- for the money which we pay. Seriously felt that govt hospitals are much better than this . As we got zero care and prioity for our baby. 2) My baby had some bilrubin around 12 and they insisted to admit in NICU, which we did and while discharging it was 11. So the NICU doctor ( senior doctor at NICU ) advised us to check bilrubin after 3 days and visit for consultation. We did bilrubin check and it was 14 and consulted the same doctor(senior doctor at NICU ). You wont believe the approach and consultation from that doctor was the worst consultation we ever had in our life. He was like questioning my wife as she is not giving proper feeding to our baby ( Questioning like CBI in movies) my wife was already mentally down as my babys weight was low and had little bilrubin , also she had feeding issues - crack on breast etc. but this doctor was pointing her as if she is not taking care of our baby . Below are the exact words that doctor used “ Check bilrubin after 2 days and visit me, then i will decide whether to admit in NICU or not” We said ok sir, we will check and come back. Then he replied as below “ ok, come after 2 days with report and whle coming bring yours bags as well, it will be an admit case for NICU” I was really shocked with these comments, as if he had already decided that my babys bilrubin will be higher after 2 days and will be admitted in NICU. Who is he to decide that? Really didnt expect these type ot human beings in Aster . We directly went to other private hospital in kochi, consultated another senior Pediatrician- My wife was literally crying with tension and the words from that Man ( NICU senior doc) . The doctor from other hospital supported us mentally and said , this will not be an issue and Bilrubin with these counts are common on new borns he consolled us. The point is why that NICU doctor threatened us , he was desperate to admit for NICU as he predicted bilrubin will be higher after 2 days. Everyone knows new moms will be mentally low and little dippresed after delivery with all new issues coming up, instead of consolling that Man literally threatene us. I will never visit Aster pediatric department. We checked bikrubin after 2 days& it was ok.
