Impeccable clinic! And SO clean! The staff was an absolute delight: professionalism all around. I’ve never received this level of care from dentists in my life! ~ and you can release your anxiety from having to see a dentist by walking on the beach which is right around the corner from the office! A dream! :)) will definitely come back for future care.

Dr. Esteban & his staff were courteous, professional & thorough. I had 2 crowns replaced in 2 visits. Very pleased with results & cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Esteban & his staff.

Had a crown come out. Bokanova Riviera got me in right away. Dr. Alondra first did a thurough examination including an xray to determine if the crown could just be reseated. The answer was yes. She reattached the tooth, took a final xray and got me on my way. The cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Bokanova Dental!

Really awful experience in Koosi Dental Studio, but since Jorge Gruber practices in Bocanova also, I hope this review helps people to make good choices regarding their dental health . On the time set for our appointment at Koosi Dental Studio for the root canal, Jorge Gruber came out of the office saying he had to go buy things he needed for the procedure. At this point we should have just left, but we waited for him to come back, me thinking "I just hope what he bought to use came sterilized". Root canal was done without any assistant or magnification in about 35 minutes total. In the middle of the procedure Jorge Gruber yelled to the reception that they bring him a cup of chlorine. Tooth kept hurting after that root canal treatment for many months and of course we had to do retreatment at the office of a really highly skilled specialist in Cancun, who works with 2 assistants and uses magnification, it took 2 visits and 4 hours total. We paid 5000 pesos for Jorge Gruber's root canal treatment and another 7000 pesos for retreatment, We are still not sure if the tooth can be saved or may have to be extracted. The tooth had a cavity, but wasn't hurting or bothering before starting the dental treatment Hope this review helps other people. You have to put some star, so I put 1 to be able to post this review. 7 months later we are still dealing with the issue. We really regret going to Jorge Gruber at Koosi Dental Studio for the root canal.

The worst place I have ever been to. They upcharge big time knowing that you speak English and likely are visiting. I went in to have crown replaced. The female dentist replaced the tooth with glue which turned yellow, the glue of which was all over the next tooth over. The tooth is ill-fitting, the glue is yellow, it looks absolutely terrible. They are in it to rip people off. She refused to fix it stating that it looks good. Avoid this place there are a lot of bad reviews and experiences easily found online. They refused my calls and refused to correct it. I finally went somewhere else where they were equally surprised to see such terrible dental work done. Literally the worst place ever.
