Hospitality is good. The ambience of the place is good. The way they take care of the patients is appreciable. Each nurses and doctors play a significant role in taking care of the patients. Overall the place makes you feel safe. Thanks to the staff Riyaz who helped us have a nice day at the hospital today

I just got a TKR done in Manipal Varathur. The doctors team Dr. R D Chakraborty and Dr. Ragavendra, who did the TKR were compassionate, explained everything and were excellent. Dr. Shruthi the anaesthetist was careful in giving the anaesthesia. They even played my favourite music to make me calm during the surgery. The nursing service was good specially Jyothsna and Manasa. Visiting doctors took good care.. The supporting staff did their duty very well and with a smiling face. The relationship team Jyothi and Riaz visited me often and presented me with a small plant and a cake, a nice gesture from a hospital I would say. The Physio people gave good encouragement so that I did my physio vert enthusiastically.

My patient got treatment here under internal medicine doctor. The clinical team ,doctor and nurses are very efficient in treatment. Hygiene is always maintained here. The quality of superior single room amenities are very nice. The other support services are also very good specially the patient experience team is efficient and explained the discharge process very well. Thank you Manipal hospital to take care of my patient.

We recently stayed at hospital regarding my daughter's admission. I should appreciate the Cafe maintenance and the serving style, it is too good. The food tastes like home food with less spicy. Even for my daughter I brought the food there. Special thanks to @Noor Ahmed, as he acknowledges the people nicely and serves the food well. Kudos to entire team!!

Direct loot of money. Day1: You book an appointment with the doctor after paying 1K. Doctor prescribes some blood tests and ECG. You share blood samples and get the ECG done. Day2: You come to hospital and find out the doctor's timing has changed. Now you wait 2hrs for doctor to come and show reports. Doctor comes in, you ask the staff to let them go, staff says first all the regular appointments will be entertained then the doctor will check reports. You find out there are 10 patients in the queue. You ask the staff quoting you are the same patient who came yesterday for the check up and you just want to show the reports as the doctor said they want to check the reports before prescribing any medicine. Staff says you will have to wait for the appointment of today to get over otherwise if you do not want to wait then take an appointment for today by paying 1K again. Does all these make sense? It is not even under the table or indirect loot, it's a direct money extraction process. Please read my review before visiting there for consultations. It's actually better to consult a doctor in a nearby clinic of your house than to visit Manipal.
