Visited cardiology department and met Dr.Keshav, he was very good, listened patiently, explained us the problem and solution which is awesome, coming to the coordinator Nirmala madam, she was very kind to all the patients and helped them.

I visited this hospital on 2nd December 2024 for Laparoscopic surgery of Cholecystecomy for my wife. We left the hospital on 4th December 2024. Surgery was done by Dr Shabeer Ahmed and his team. We are very much satisfied for the entire experience of our staff. Dr Shabeer Ahmed is very good and experienced. He and his team of doctors were very helpful. We were also very happy with nursing staff, billing staff and others. We once thank Dr Shabeer and all staff.

We got admitted for my mom angiogram and then CABG. It was really a good experience in that hard time. Dr. Praveen cardiology and Dr. Murali Manohar were well experienced and explained everything with patience through out the process. Last but not least nursing staff were fabulous really did a good job. No words to appreciate their compassion, kindness and empathy. Especially my mother won't forget the staff who took care of her during her first night of ICU stay. Some staff like sneha, Priya, lalby & juoli u guys made out stay peaceful. Dietician chaitra, physiotherapist niharika and housekeeping staff were really helpful..

Worst ever experience with Fortis Bannerghatta branch Urology Dept. After a long wait I had got the appointment for my father and when we visited the Doctor wasn’t available and they told his team mate would check. After multiple test are done they said doctor is not there to review the report and asked us to come on the following weekend. We didn’t have an option and visited on Saturday and again the same story. The doctor was not there and just to keep us engaged one more junior doctor suggested us to take some more tests. It looked like a Money extraction methods. All these included hours of waiting and no proactive updates. As a cherry on these issues the receptionist had an attitude of an IAS officer and didn’t even care to respond humbly to my elderly parents. It’s so disappointing experience. Finally nothing fruitful happened and we gave up after spending 25k plus. The management should take care of these basic issues and give a good hope to patients. Hopefully in future it improves .

I had a highly disappointing experience with Fortis Hospital recently. The management is extremely poor, and there is absolutely no systematic process in place. I was discharged from the hospital two weeks ago, and yet, my refund is still pending. Patients go to a hospital seeking proper treatment and care, but the inefficiency and internal issues at Fortis only added to my stress and worsened my mental health. It’s disheartening to see that the focus seems to be more on business than on the well-being of patients. I would strongly advise others to think twice before seeking treatment at Fortis. Save yourself from unnecessary hassle and stress.
